The purpose of the 30% Club Public Service Network is

  • to provide a focus for collaborative discussions about organisational and cultural change in the civil and public service to promote gender balance across the civil and public service, and

  • to contribute to the delivery of the goals of Our Public Service 2020 in developing our people and organisations, for example by

    • raising awareness and challenging assumptions,
    • improving the talent pipeline within the public service, including both recruitment and retention, and
    • ensuring a good working experience, regardless of gender.
