Membership is open to
- Organisations in the Civil Service of the Government
- Organisations in the Civil Service of the State
- All Public Service organisations.
Organisations that are members of the 30% Club Ireland are automatically included within the 30% Club Public Service Network, and our working group and advisory group volunteers are drawn from this wide supporter network.

The network is primarily made up of civil and public service organisations rather than as an individual membership club. However, the work of our committees is delivered by individual volunteers drawn from those member organisations.
