A masterclass session on mentoring was held on 16 March 2023, as part of the 30% Club public services group calendar for 2023. The session, hosted online by the IMI, outlined why mentoring is one of the cornerstones to the 30% Club’s enabling female talent strategy, how the IMI/30% Club Cross Company Mentor programme operates, and how it can benefit both mentors and mentees from within the Public Service. The seminar featured Nina Noonan, Programme Director for the Postgraduate Diploma in Leadership in Policing IMI/UCC, as well as several customised Senior Leadership Development Programmes.
