The Public Sector Network held its first event on 24 February 2021, a webinar on the topic “Build Back Better – Achieving Gender Balance across the Public Sector”. A panel of senior leaders discussed the challenges and opportunities for creating gender balance at all levels within the public sector. The panel shared their insights on what has worked in their organisations, and what they had learned over the past year – good and bad.
