Our vision, of better public service organisations by improving gender balance at all levels, is inspired by Our Public Service 2020, the overall strategy for development and innovation in the public service to 2020 and beyond. Goal 16 of the strategy, in particular, aims to promote equality, diversity and inclusion including through improving gender balance at all levels.
